The district has made the decision to close the doors to the public access. You may contact us through email or by phone. (see below) You may pay your taxes in the drop box or by mail or online at www.lamarcad.org. We appreciate everyone’s concerns and patience regarding the worldwide health threat and have made this request not only for the LCAD staff members well-being, but for all the general public and property owners. The Appraisal District is giving public notice of the capitalization rate to be used each year to appraise property receiving an exemption under Section 11.1825 of the Property Tax Code for Organizations Constructing or Rehabilitating Low-Income Housing: Property Not Previously Exempt.
2019 LOW INCOME HOUSING APARTMENT CAPITALIZATION RATE: 9.00% – 10.50%
